The crew, including the subcontractor who handled the concrete base, was super friendly, really efficient, and incredibly professional. Sure, we had a few bumps while laying the concrete, but Brooke and the customer service folks were eager to fix things for us, and they absolutely nailed it. The subcontractor was meticulous in preparing and pouring the concrete, taking extra care with their tools on our lawn. The installation crew worked tirelessly all day on our garden house, and they did it all with big smiles. A massive thank you to everyone at Crane for making our dream garden house a reality!
